Steering Angle Sensor Calibration
The chassis or stability control module reports that the steering angle sensor has not been calibrated or that the calibration data has been lost. ESP requires a calibrated zero position and is disabled until calibration is performed.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Calibration required after battery disconnect or repair
- Medium likelihood: Sensor lost calibration data
- Low likelihood: Wheel alignment incorrect, blocking calibration
Possible symptoms
- ABS warning light on
- ESC/stability control deactivated
- Possible reduced brake assist
- Speedometer may behave erratically
