"B" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1)
Electrical fault in the bank 1 exhaust camshaft position actuator solenoid. Same diagnostic principle as P0010 but on the exhaust cam.

- Camshaft position actuator
- Oil control valve
Common causes
- High likelihood: Oil control valve electrically failed
- Medium likelihood: Wiring or connector fault
Possible symptoms
- Check engine light on
- Power loss especially in mid-rpm range
- Possible rough idle or stalling
- Increased fuel consumption
Diagnostic notes
- The malfunction indicator lamp may illuminate
- This code can affect emissions
- A drive cycle may be required after repair
