Transmission Range Multi-Function Select Circuit
General electrical fault on the multi-function transmission range select circuit — used on shift-by-wire systems with rotary or push-button selectors that encode P/R/N/D as a multi-bit pattern. With the input invalid the TCM cannot decode the operator request.
