Generator Position Sensor Circuit Overspeed
The generator rotor position sensor reports a circuit overspeed fault. Phase commutation cannot be controlled reliably.

- High likelihood: Rotor position out of expected range
- Medium likelihood: Position signal lost - default to overspeed indication
