The battery charger input circuit reports a circuit low condition. AC mains/EVSE input may be impaired.

- High likelihood: Wire shorted to ground
- Medium likelihood: Input voltage too low
- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance
Possible symptoms

- Slower-than-expected charge rate
