The ECM detects a low fault on the a/c compressor motor voltage sensor b circuit. Reading cannot be used reliably for control.

- High likelihood: Signal wire shorted to ground
- Medium likelihood: Internal sensor short
- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance
