Intake Manifold Runner Control Solenoid Circuit Open (Bank 1)
The ECU detects an open circuit on the IMRC solenoid for bank 1. No control current flows when the runner is commanded to switch, leaving the flap in its default position.

- High likelihood: Solenoid coil open
- Medium likelihood: Connector unplugged or corroded
- Low likelihood: Pin pushed back out of connector body
