Common causes
- High likelihood: Sensor element poisoned by silicone, sulphur or oil ash
- Medium likelihood: Thermal shock from condensate (cold start with wet exhaust)
- Medium likelihood: Sensor at end of service life

- AdBlue/DEF level or quality warning
- Possible no-start countdown after ignore period
- Failed emissions inspection (NOx)
