Event Data Recorder Request Circuit Low
The EDR request line reads stuck low — typically a short to ground or a permanently asserted request. The ECM either sees a constant request (which it cannot service) or cannot pulse the line high to fire a real event capture.

- High likelihood: Request wire shorted to ground
- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance
- Low likelihood: Harness chafing through insulation
