PTO Sense Circuit Low
The PTO sense input reads stuck low — short to ground or limit switch stuck closed. The ECM may see PTO continuously engaged.

- High likelihood: Sense wire shorted to ground
- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance
- Low likelihood: Harness chafing through insulation
