Engine Coolant Level Low
The coolant level monitor reports the engine coolant below the safe minimum after sensor checks pass. Continued operation risks overheating, head warping and head-gasket failure. The driver is warned and the ECM may reduce engine power until the level is restored.

- High likelihood: External coolant leak (hose, radiator, water pump)
- Medium likelihood: Missed top-up since last service
- Low likelihood: Head gasket leaking coolant into combustion
