Torque Converter Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid Control Circuit Performance/Stuck Off
The TCC pressure control solenoid is commanded on but does not produce the expected lockup pressure. TCC stays open or partially engaged.

- High likelihood: Solenoid spool stuck in closed position
- Medium likelihood: Hydraulic feed restricted by debris
- Low likelihood: Carbon or debris buildup preventing free movement
Possible symptoms

- Harsh, delayed, or missing shifts
- Possible limp mode (locked in one gear)
- Slipping or shuddering during gear changes
