Transmission Range Sensor Alignment
The TCM detects that the transmission range sensor mechanical alignment is outside the calibration window. Selector positions read with offset across the entire travel.

- Selector linkage
Common causes
- High likelihood: Selector linkage shifted on the sensor shaft
- Medium likelihood: Sensor mounting bolts loose
Possible symptoms
- Check engine or transmission warning light on
- Harsh, delayed, or missing shifts
- Possible limp mode (locked in one gear)
- Slipping or shuddering during gear changes
