Intermediate System Voltage High
The intermediate (DC-link) system voltage in the hybrid power electronics is above the expected window. Common during regenerative braking when energy recovery exceeds storage capacity.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Regenerative braking overshoot
- Medium likelihood: BMS cell balancing off - voltage spikes
Diagnostic notes
