Cylinder Deactivation System Bank 2
The engine control module has detected a fault in the cylinder deactivation system on bank 2. Same as P3400 but for the second cylinder bank in V-engines.

- Cylinder deactivation solenoid
- Lifter
- Oil control valve
Common causes
- High likelihood: Deactivation solenoid or oil control valve failed
- Medium likelihood: Collapsing lifter stuck
- Medium likelihood: Low oil pressure prevents activation
