The control module is reporting that its calibration data is missing or incomplete — required parameter sets have not been programmed after a hardware swap or update.

- Low likelihood: Gateway module routing CAN messages incorrectly
- Low likelihood: CAN terminating resistor (120 Ω) drifted out of spec
