Communication on the chassis CAN bus is lost or noisy. Multiple chassis modules may report consequential faults.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Bus wiring fault
- Medium likelihood: Terminating resistor open
- Low likelihood: Gateway module routing CAN messages incorrectly
Possible symptoms
- ABS warning light on
- ESC/stability control deactivated
- Possible reduced brake assist
- Speedometer may behave erratically
