O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2, Sensor 1)
Same condition as P0130 but on bank 2 of a multi-bank engine. Closed-loop fuel control on bank 2 is disabled while this fault is active.

- High likelihood: Oxygen sensor aged
- Medium likelihood: Sensor harness chafed
