Reductant Pump Supply Voltage Circuit Open
The supply line that powers the AdBlue dosing pump is open. Without supply the pump cannot deliver reductant pressure - dosing is suspended and NOx emissions can drift out of compliance.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Supply open or relay defective
- Low likelihood: Pin pushed back out of connector body
- Low likelihood: Cracked solder joint inside the module or sensor
Possible symptoms
- Check engine light or NOx warning on
- AdBlue/DEF level or quality warning
- Possible no-start countdown after ignore period
- Failed emissions inspection (NOx)
