Unable to Engage Drive
TCM commands engagement of Drive but the input/output speed relationship does not match — friction element does not lock up, or the shift solenoid pattern for Drive cannot be commanded. Vehicle remains stuck in Park or Neutral.

- High likelihood: Stuck shift solenoid
Possible symptoms
- Check engine or transmission warning light on
- Harsh, delayed, or missing shifts
- Possible limp mode (locked in one gear)
