Generator Temperature Sensor Circuit Intermittent
The ECM detects a circuit intermittent fault on the generator temperature sensor. Reading cannot be used reliably for control.

- Generator temp sensor
- Wiring harness
- Hybrid control module
Common causes
- High likelihood: Sensor connector not seated
- Medium likelihood: Noisy ground reference
- Low likelihood: Connector with intermittent contact under vibration
Diagnostic notes
- The malfunction indicator lamp may illuminate
- Reduced-power or limp mode may occur
