Battery Charging System Isolation Fault
The BMS detects an isolation fault in the battery charging system. HV insulation between charging path and chassis is degraded.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Charging cable insulation chafed
- Medium likelihood: Moisture in charging connector

- The malfunction indicator lamp may illuminate
