B Camshaft Position Actuator Control Circuit High (Bank 2)
The exhaust (B) camshaft phaser solenoid drive line on bank 2 is stuck high — short to B+ or open ground.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Short to B+
- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance
- Low likelihood: Supply wire pinched against B+ source
Possible symptoms
- Check engine light on
- Power loss especially in mid-rpm range
- Possible rough idle or stalling
- Increased fuel consumption
