Turbocharger Compressor Outlet Valve Control Circuit/Open
The drive circuit for the turbocharger compressor outlet valve (also called diverter valve or blow-off valve) is open. The valve releases boost pressure when the throttle closes to prevent compressor surge.

- High likelihood: Solenoid winding open
- Low likelihood: Pin pushed back out of connector body
- Low likelihood: Cracked solder joint inside the module or sensor
Possible symptoms
- Charge status indicator shows fault

- Slower-than-expected charge rate
