PTO Sense Circuit High
The PTO sense input reads stuck high — short to battery voltage or open switch return. The ECM cannot detect engagement.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Sense wire shorted to battery voltage
- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance
- Low likelihood: Supply wire pinched against B+ source
