Fuel Level Sensor C Circuit Low
The third fuel level sensor signal is below the lower diagnostic threshold. Usually a shorted sender or a short to ground in the harness.

- High likelihood: Internal short in the sender resistor
- Medium likelihood: Signal wire shorted to ground
- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance
