Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Sensor C Circuit High
The third boost pressure sensor signal is above the upper diagnostic threshold. Common causes are an open sensor or a short to the 5 V reference.

- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance

- Whistling or hissing sound from intake
