PTO Control Circuit / Open
The controller cannot drive the power take-off (PTO) engagement line on commercial vehicles. The PTO will not engage even when commanded by the body controller or operator switch.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Open coil in the PTO engagement solenoid
- Medium likelihood: Broken wire to the PTO solenoid
