Transmission Fluid Cooler Control Circuit / Open
The controller cannot drive the transmission fluid cooler control valve or fan. Active cooling cannot be commanded so transmission fluid temperature can rise during heavy use.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Open coil in cooler control solenoid
- Medium likelihood: Broken control wire
Possible symptoms
- Check engine or transmission warning light on
- Harsh, delayed, or missing shifts
- Possible limp mode (locked in one gear)
- Slipping or shuddering during gear changes
