Engine Disconnect Clutch Stuck Open
The engine disconnect clutch cannot leave the open state when engagement is commanded. The combustion engine cannot be coupled to the hybrid drivetrain.

- High likelihood: Actuator mechanically stuck in open position
- Medium likelihood: Hydraulic engagement pressure lost
- Low likelihood: Carbon or debris buildup preventing free movement

- Possible limp mode (locked in one gear)
- Slipping or shuddering during gear changes
