The output stage for the clutch B BLDC motor cannot drive current through at least one of the U/V/W phases. Open wire or open winding.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Open phase wire
- Medium likelihood: Open motor winding
- Low likelihood: Pin pushed back out of connector body
Possible symptoms
- Check engine or transmission warning light on
- Harsh, delayed, or missing shifts
- Possible limp mode (locked in one gear)
- Slipping or shuddering during gear changes
