Charging Stop Switch Circuit High
The charging stop switch reports a circuit high condition. Charging termination cannot be reliably commanded by the operator.

- High likelihood: Signal wire shorted to B+
- Medium likelihood: Switch stuck active
- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance
