The inductive charger reports a high voltage interlock circuit/open condition. Inductive charging cannot proceed reliably.

- High likelihood: Interlock chain interrupted
- Medium likelihood: Connector not seated
- Low likelihood: Pin pushed back out of connector body
Possible symptoms
- EV/hybrid system warning light on
- Reduced power output or limp mode
- Charging may fail or be slowed
- Reduced electric range
