Fault on the ignition ON input — module does not see ON state when other inputs say ON, or vice versa.

- High likelihood: Ignition switch contacts worn
- Low likelihood: Gateway module routing CAN messages incorrectly
- Low likelihood: CAN terminating resistor (120 Ω) drifted out of spec

- Affected modules may go into limp mode or shut down
- Specific functions inoperative depending on module
