Oceania: Australia, New Zealand (16 out of 17 regions)

2. Delivery Time

If local inventory is available in your destination country/region, delivery normally takes 2–7 business days.
If local stock is out of supply, orders will be shipped from other warehouses, and delivery will take 7–30 business days or longer. Delivery times may be extended due to actual logistics conditions and destination regulations.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, USPS, FBA, 4PX, Singapore Post, TNT and other standard shipping services.

4. Tracking Information

Shipping details and tracking numbers will be sent to your email within 72 business hours.
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately for faster delivery.

5. Customs & Import Duties

The buyer shall be solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and relevant customs clearance procedures, and shall provide accurate documents for customs clearance.
