Event Data Recorder Request Circuit High
The EDR request line reads stuck high — typically a short to battery voltage. The ECM cannot pulse the line back low to release the request, so the EDR may either ignore further requests or sit in a permanent triggered state.

- High likelihood: Request wire shorted to battery voltage
- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance
- Low likelihood: Supply wire pinched against B+ source
