"B" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Retarded (Bank 2)
The bank 2 exhaust camshaft remains retarded relative to commanded position. Same root causes as P0012 but on the exhaust cam.

- Camshaft position actuator
- Oil control valve
- Cam phaser
Common causes
- High likelihood: Oil control valve stuck (retard)
Possible symptoms
- Check engine light on
- Power loss especially in mid-rpm range
- Possible rough idle or stalling
- Increased fuel consumption
