Turbocharger/Supercharger B Turbine Overspeed
Turbocharger B turbine speed exceeded its safe limit. Same as P0049 on turbo B. Boost control tracks commanded vs. actual manifold pressure; persistent deviation means wastegate, vanes, hose or actuator are not delivering the requested pressure.
