Fuel Pump "A" Control Circuit Open
The ECU detected an open circuit in the fuel pump A control output. With no pump operation the engine cannot run; this code is often paired with no-start and no fuel pressure.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Fuel pump relay failed
- Medium likelihood: Wiring open
- Low likelihood: Pin pushed back out of connector body
Possible symptoms
- Check engine light on
- Hard start, no start, or stalling under load
- Power loss especially at high load or rpm
- Possible long cranking time

- The malfunction indicator lamp may illuminate
- Reduced-power or limp mode may occur
