The ECM detects a circuit fault on the hybrid/ev battery voltage isolation sensor circuit. Reading cannot be used reliably for control.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Sensor failed
- Medium likelihood: Wiring or connector fault
- Low likelihood: Pack cell imbalance approaching service threshold
Possible symptoms
- EV/hybrid system warning light on
- Reduced power output or limp mode
- Charging may fail or be slowed
- Reduced electric range

- The malfunction indicator lamp may illuminate
