O2 Sensor Signal Circuit Shorted to Heater Circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
The O2 sensor signal wire on bank 2 sensor 2 has shorted to the heater wire. This pulls the signal away from a measurement of exhaust composition and produces erratic fuel-trim behaviour.
