Fuel Pressure Regulator B Solenoid Supply Voltage Control Circuit High
Same as P233D but with the supply line shorted to a higher potential than expected, so the ECU measures more voltage on the regulator B feed than the commanded level allows.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Supply line shorted to a higher voltage rail
- Low likelihood: Supply relay contact welded closed
- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance
Possible symptoms
- Check engine light on
- Hard start, no start, or stalling under load
- Power loss especially at high load or rpm
- Possible long cranking time
