A/C Request B Circuit Low
The A/C request input B reads stuck low — short to ground or permanently asserted request. Same effect as input A stuck low, applied to the second HVAC channel.

- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance
- Low likelihood: Harness chafing through insulation
