Crankshaft Position Signal Output Circuit Low
The buffered crankshaft position output is below the expected level. Usually a short to ground on the output line or a failed buffer.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Output wire shorted to ground
- Medium likelihood: Buffer transistor failed
- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance
