Throttle Position Output Circuit
A general electrical fault on the ECU output that broadcasts the throttle position signal to other modules — for example to the transmission control or hybrid drive controller.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Output wire open or shorted
- Medium likelihood: ECU output stage failed
