Voltage on the 7th injector control line is below the expected window. Usually a short to ground or a shorted solenoid coil.

- High likelihood: Control wire shorted to ground
- Medium likelihood: Internal short in injector coil
- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance

- Misfire or rough idle on the affected cylinder
- Increased fuel consumption
- Possible fuel smell or smoke from exhaust
