Fuel Pump Control Module B
A general fault in the second fuel pump control module (smart pump controller, separate from the ECU). Internal self-test failed or communication with the ECU is degraded.

- High likelihood: Internal fault in the pump module
- Medium likelihood: Bus communication errors with ECU
Possible symptoms
- Check engine light on
- Hard start, no start, or stalling under load
