The ECM detects a circuit high fault on the cylinder head temperature sensor b circuit. Reading cannot be used reliably for control.

- High likelihood: Signal wire shorted to B+
- Medium likelihood: Open sensor
- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance
