The hybrid battery disable circuit reports a circuit/open condition. Service disconnect signal cannot be read reliably.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Open in disable signal wire
- Medium likelihood: Service disconnect switch failed open
- Low likelihood: Pin pushed back out of connector body
Possible symptoms
- EV/hybrid system warning light on
- Reduced power output or limp mode
- Charging may fail or be slowed
- Reduced electric range
