Charging Start Switch Circuit Low
The charging start switch reports a circuit low condition. Charging initiation cannot be reliably commanded by the operator.

Common causes
- High likelihood: Signal wire shorted to ground
- Medium likelihood: Switch stuck off
- Low likelihood: Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance
